Brainsnag is operated by Measured LLC, doing business as Brainsnag, a District of Columbia limited liability company ([OWNER TO CONFIRM: mailing address]) ("we"). Contact: support@playbrainsnag.com. By playing you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to play, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make purchases for you.
Brainsnag is provided as is, for entertainment. We may change, pause or remove levels and features at any time. Progress and virtual items are stored on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
VIP Weekly is a subscription at $2.99 per week after a 3-day free trial. When the trial ends, your payment method is charged $2.99 and the subscription renews automatically every week until you cancel. Cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge: open Settings → Manage subscription in the game (this opens the Stripe customer portal), or email support@playbrainsnag.com. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep VIP until the end of the period already paid.
Remove Ads and Hint Packs are one-time purchases. Hints are virtual items with no cash value; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include tax depending on where you live.
Entitlements are tied to the device where they were bought. Use Settings → Restore purchases on the same device, or Restore by email on a new device, to recover them.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give refunds for partial subscription periods or for one-time purchases, except where required by law. If you have a billing problem, contact support@playbrainsnag.com within 30 days of the charge. Where you bought the game through a portal or app store, that platform's refund policy applies.
Do not attempt to exploit, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the game or its services, or use it for anything unlawful.
All levels, art, the character Snag and all text are original works and remain ours. You may record and share gameplay (Creator Mode exists for that) with attribution to Brainsnag.
The game is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, show a notice in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop playing and cancel any subscription.
